Terms and Conditions


The following terms and conditions apply for bookings of travelers who contact directly with Amaru Tours EIRL.


Amaru Tours will respond as soon as possible. The response time varies between 24 hours, depending on the complexity of the itinerary or budget requested, we will request additional time.


The reservation process starts with RECEPTION of a reservation request through an email (E-mail), through a web form or via web chat.

Requests for reservations must include the following information for each traveler: Full name, passport number, nationality.

In the event that any traveler requires a visa for one or more countries included in the program, it is the client’s complete responsibility to obtain a visa in time or failing to inform other options in Peru.

Each request will be answered in 24 hours, as long as the request is received during office hours and considering business days.


The deposit or payment is 100% of the price of the program and the reservation will be considered CONFIRMED. Final payment is due 15 days prior to travel date.

The deposit payment constitutes an agreement with and acceptance of our cancellation policy as detailed below.

**) If the itinerary needs services such as: Hotel, Restaurant, Transportation, Travel tickets. Full payment of services is required at the time of booking in order to confirm these services. These deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Upon receipt of payment in full the reservation is RE CONFIRMED.



We accept payments with credit card Visa, American Express and Master Card. Payment by credit or debit card is done through a secure online payment system and your sales executive will send you a link with access to this medium or you can do it through the system enabled on the web page click here.

In case of payment by credit card, we will add the cost of the credit card to your invoice:

For Visa, Mastercard or American Express the surcharge is 4%.

** Please note that all fees for bank transfer must be covered by the client.


Once confirmed, modifications and cancellations will only be accepted in writing. The cancellation period will be applied based on the date the written cancellation is received and is based on the following dates prior to departure.

Up to 30 days before the date of travel: No penalty.
14 days before the date or less / no show to travel: 100% of the total price.
In case of modifications and partial cancellations of the same policy applies for those parts of the trip that are affected by the changes.

In the case of a refund in accordance with the above conditions, Amaru Tours will inform the client in writing and will return the money within 15 business days.

An eventual bank charge for the refund has to be covered by the client in case the card is requested the corresponding exemption.


Amaru Tours treats all personal information of customers in a confidential way and is not shared with third parties unless the client (implicitly) authorizes Amaru Tours.


Amaru Tours acts as an intermediary for the supplier in terms of accommodation, transportation (either by plane, car, coach, rail or boat) and the circuits and responsible for ensuring that individual suppliers deliver their respective services correctly.

However, Amaru Tours accepts no responsibility for additional losses or expenses due to delays or modifications of train schedules, delays, illness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or other causes. All these losses or expenses will be assumed by the traveler, since the tourism rates offer the arrangements during the indicated time.

In addition to this, Amaru Tours is not responsible for any loss or damage in the following situations:

An unforeseen event ‘force majeure’
If the damage was due to circumstances beyond the control of the Amaru Tours and their agents.
If the damage was caused by a third party that has no relation to the contract
Responsibility for the welfare and behavior of the traveler shall be the sole responsibility of travelers. Good physical and mental health are essential for the enjoyment of the trip.
